Its starting to sound civilized...

I finally can make a semi-civilized sound come out of my cello... and I am developing my first callus on my finger from pressing down on the strings! Yea!

    Well hang in there. My son has been playing for 4 years now and WOW...the noises he can make with his cello are divine. He newest private tutor is really pushing his to improve and it is showing.

    He typically play an hour a day most days, just because he likes it. The more you practice, the better you get.

    Yes... I find that I like practising. My instructor bought for me a practise mute. I live in a townhouse and I am VERY self conscious about my sound. Thanks!!
